Klaus Reichert SC is a member of the Irish and English Bars with a particular focus on international arbitration. He has undertaken more than 200 international arbitrations across a broad spectrum of complex subject matters, industries and governing laws (ICSID, ICC, LCIA, ICDR, CAS, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC and UNCITRAL; in Paris, Helsinki, New York, London, Munich, Seoul, Geneva, Dublin, Dubai, Stockholm, and Zurich). He is a member of the international Basketball Federation (BAT) panel of arbitrators and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Jonathan Hirst QC is a practising barrister. He has extensive experience as a commercial barrister and as an arbitrator. He has appeared in a number of leading arbitration cases including C v D, Secretary of State for Transport V Stagecoach South Western Trains Limited, Chantiers De L'atlantique SA v Gaztransport & Technigaz SAS, Excalibur Ventures LLC v Texas Keystone Inc and Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited and most recently Arsanovia Ltd v Cruz City 1 Mauritius Holdings. He is Joint head of Brick Court Cambers. He served as Chairman of the Bar of England & Wales in 2000 and as Treasurer of the Hon Soc of the Inner Temple 2012.

Hilary Heilbron QC is a barrister and Queen's Counsel with extensive experience as counsel both in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Her experience extends to many industry sectors, including banking and finance, insurance, energy, oil trading, telecommunications, international transport, joint ventures as well as a host of other contractual issues. She appeared as leading counsel in the Supreme Court in the important case on the New York Convention Dallah Real Estate and Tourism Holding Company v Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of Pakistan [2010] UKSC 46.
