Bryan Tan

Bryan Tan practices in such areas as finance, information technology, telecommunications, biotechnology and bioinformatics, Chinese intellectual property, entertainment law, and corporate work. He advises corporates, institutions as well as governments and has given numerous talks in Singapore and abroad to research institutes, universities, governments, and industry bodies. Michael Lew

Michael has extensive experience and expertise in E-Discovery and Digital Forensics. He is currently the President of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (Singapore Chapter). Prior to this, he was a Director with a Big4 advisory firm and has led their Southeast Asia Discovery business unit. His other expertise areas include legal process outsourcing, managed services and white collar crime investigation in Asia. As an avid legal technologist with a keen interest in E-Discovery, he is often sought after by lawyers, investigators and compliance professionals for advice on making technology works in legal and discovery processes.

Benjamin Ang

Benjamin Ang joined the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS) at RSIS as a Senior Fellow in cybersecurity issues in February 2016. Prior to this, he had a multi-faceted career that included time as a litigation lawyer arguing commercial cases, IT Director and General Manager of a major Singapore law firm, corporate lawyer specialising in technology law and intellectual property issues, in house legal counsel in an international software company, Director-Asia in a regional technology consulting firm, in-house legal counsel in a transmedia company, and senior law lecturer at a local Polytechnic, specialising in data privacy, digital forensics, and computer misuse and cybersecurity.
