Deborah Barker SC, has been with KhattarWong since 1980. She was appointed Senior Counsel in January 2001. She has extensive experience in trial and appellate litigation and acts regularly for banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and multi-national corporations in a wide range of matters, including complex corporate and trust claims and cross border disputes. She also conducts arbitrations both locally and internationally. She has acted in various disputes and litigation involving employers/employees matters, including claims by former employees for compensations, injunctions sought against former employees and issues involving employee's duty of fidelity, directors' fiduciary duties, restraint of trade and confidential information.
