As an insolvency practitioner, Ajinder has a wide array of experience ranging from traditional restructuring work such as preparing and presenting schemes of arrangement, acting for judicial managers and representing both creditor and debtor groups in such matters to contentious insolvency work including assisting liquidators in investigations into the affairs of the company and creditors in cross border asset recovery actions.

He has advised institutional and private clients ranging from liquidators involved in cross-border insolvency matters to institutional creditors seeking to enforce their rights in winding-up proceedings and individual debtors resisting bankruptcy applications.
