This title provides detailed and very practical guidance to any party considering the adoption of an agreement to arbitrate under the SIAC Rules and any practitioner who is involved in SIAC arbitration under the new Rules. The Foreword, written by Lord Hoffmann, states: "..... The SIAC Rules have also been periodically amended and are now into their Fifth Edition, which came into force on 1 April 2013. Jonathan Hirst QC

Hilary Heilbron QC

Hilary Heilbron QC is a barrister and Queen's Counsel with extensive experience as counsel both in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Her experience extends to many industry sectors, including banking and finance, insurance, energy, oil trading, telecommunications, international transport, joint ventures as well as a host of other contractual issues. She appeared as leading counsel in the Supreme Court in the important case on the New York Convention Dallah Real Estate and Tourism Holding Company v Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of Pakistan [2010] UKSC 46. She has spoken and written extensively on international arbitration and cross-border litigation and is the author of A Practical Guide to International Arbitration in Lonon

Klaus Reichert SC is a member of the Irish and English Bars with a particular focus on international arbitration. He has undertaken more than 200 international arbitrations across a broad spectrum of complex subject matters, industries and governing laws (ICSID, ICC, LCIA, ICDR, CAS, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC and UNCITRAL; in Paris, Helsinki, New York, London, Munich, Seoul, Geneva, Dublin, Dubai, Stockholm, and Zurich). He is a member of the international Basketball Federation (BAT) panel of arbitrators and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
